TALENTED BANKERS  

Talented Bankers is a friendship circle of creative bankers working in various banks of the country, originally formed through Facebook. This vibrant group was established in April 2016 as the result of an idea conceived by a few, young and inspiring bankers as a podium to encourage the passions and talents of bankers and as an avenue to carry out constructive discussions and debates. Initially begun as a small Facebook group, 'Talented Bankers' has expanded over the years to contain around 10000 members now with presence in Insta and Youtube as well. 

Most of us entered banking with many passions — music, dance, writing, photography, movies, travel, sports, art, farming and many other interests. But as years pass, responsibilities increase and people slowly lose touch with their creative side. TB Group was formed to reconnect people with those forgotten passions.

Today, it has grown into a large community where bankers from different banks and different parts of India come together not just as colleagues, but as friends with shared interests. Members get opportunities to showcase their talents, participate in cultural activities, learn from others, collaborate on creative projects and build meaningful friendships beyond workplace boundaries.

The group regularly conducts events, talent programs, annual get-togethers, competitions, discussions and creative collaborations. Many members who never had a stage earlier have discovered confidence and recognition through the community.

What makes the group special is the positivity and support system within it. Whether someone is a singer, writer, photographer, traveller, movie lover or simply someone looking for a healthy and inspiring circle, there is always a place for them here.
